Return Material Request - RMA (Return Material Authorization):
Material can be returned only in the following cases:
1. if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 10 days from receipt of shipment (Please note exceptions: On our build-to-order program all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges).

2. an order has mistakenly been delivered to your address
3. original delivery date is not older than 30 days
4. order has been received in a damaged status.
